Refund Policy


In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement within 7 days of receiving the item.

To request for a replacement, buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to care@nortiafashion.com. If the case is deemed valid, NortiaFashion will cover related cost to deliver a replacement.

After 7 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item replacement for any reason. We do not provide refund or return due to nature of procurement that is special deal curated for you.

We do not offer replacement nor return on any free products, for any reason whatsoever.

Buyers are not allowed to cancel their purchases after the order is processed.
